Who We Are

We have developed and managed the construction of over 190 residential units, 100,000 square footage of commercial space and 600+ acres within master-planned residential and commercial communities. In each, we have followed a disciplined approach to quality rather than quantity. As the Seattle region has become more crowded, we’ve adapted, identifying smaller infill parcels that have become boutique developments and satisfied a strong demand within niche markets. Several of these are serving the demand for close-in locations to the Bellevue urban center.

Michael Pink

Michael Eney

An experienced business leader of over 10 years, Michael leads TCG’s finances, accounting, reporting, and administrative functions to ensure an excellent client, partner, and lender experience. He is motivated by efficiency, working to optimize all aspects of TCG and aiming to provide superlative service to everyone who interacts with TCG. Prior to TCG, Michael served as president at Decisive Data, a data consulting firm in Redmond, working with a team to grow the company from 12 to nearly 100 consultants serving clients nationally and before that, broke into the industry at Deloitte as an auditor. Michael is a Washington State licensed CPA with degrees in accounting and economics from the University of Washington. Michael and his wife, Anna, live in the University District in Seattle with their three young children. In his spare time, he hopes to find himself on a basketball court or the golf course.

Dan Pink

Dan Wachtler

Dan is a University of Washington graduate with a passion for construction management. His meticulous approach to problem-solving has made him a valuable asset in the construction industry, having managed the successful construction of over 130 new homes in his 10+ years of experience. Dan’s technical expertise is second to none. He is an expert in applying advanced science and software to TCG projects, always finding innovative solutions to construction challenges. His mastery of various modeling and technical drawing techniques allows him to bring TCG’s design visions to life, with ease.

When he’s not busy managing construction projects, Dan can be found on his boat with his wife and two young kids, exploring the scenic waterways. He is also a talented brew master, crafting delicious brews in his spare time.

Greg Pink

Greg Krabbe - PE

Greg has a vast background in the engineering and development industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington, is a registered civil engineer, has 15 years’ experience as a design engineer and has been active as a principal in land development for the last 10 years.

Greg is an avid skier and mountain biker, and he and his wife enjoy spending time at their family cabin in the Lake Wenatchee area.

Andrew Pink

Andrew Marshall

Andy is a University of Washington business school graduate, excels at customer service, and uses his visionary eye to add high-end aesthetics into every project. Formerly a principal at Wachtler Marshall and operations manager for RW Anderson Homes, Andy’s background in the industry allows him to establish efficient, personalized care and direction with all clients and projects. Andy connects with customers, employees, and subcontractors to create seamless communication and a high-quality experience for all involved. Andy keeps (very) busy with his young family, including his wife and four children. He loves to cheer on the Huskies with them and can frequently be found exploring the Sound in the family Whaler, coaching a Little League practice, or enjoying a ballet recital.

Ben Pink

Ben Holman

Ben, a graduate from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, primarily focuses on the sitework component of TCG’s projects. He has worked closely in the field with many sitework contractors and has developed a keen understanding of the realities of utility and grading work. His management system benefits both TCG and the contractor, securing efficient and cost- effective civil installs. Prior to joining TCG, he co-founded and operated the “I Love Baseball Program,” a nonprofit supporting youth in the Dominican Republic. In addition to his leadership and management experience, Ben brings his team-building and innovative analytical skills to TCG. Ben loves to fly-fish and spend time with his wife and two children.

Nick Pink

Nick Tosti

Nick has extensive experience managing development and construction projects both internationally and in the Puget Sound Region. In addition to construction and development management, Nick has 15+ years of business ownership and management expertise. He specializes in organizational structure and provides the TCG team with an effective and efficient management presence, maximizing the company’s production without sacrificing quality of product and work-life balance. Nick is also the co-founder of the nonprofit organization Construction for Change (CfC) and its prior executive director and chairman of the board. During his time in leadership with CfC, he helped raise more than $1 million toward funding and executing construction projects in East Asia, Africa, and South America. Nick graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in construction management. When he is not with his wife and two kids, you can find him on the river or on the course.
